We specialized in container corner fittings according to ISO1161 and have owned import - export operations right, we can also produce other machinery fittings for railway, construction machine and heavy clamping machine etc.
For the first phase of the project, we invested 70 million RMB and purchased two sets of 4T intermediate frequency furnaces, eight automatic core shooting machines, seven sets of double-sided milling machines, two shot blasting machines and two automatic push rod type heat treatment furnaces in electric, etc. We also purchased a SPECTRO spectrometer, ultrasonic defect detector, metallographic analyzer and other advanced equipments to ensure the quality of our products.
We are one of the first companies that use robotics in the production of corner castings in China. The automation of the production line is 40% now and will hit 80% in the three to five years.
We apply the bottom pouring technology in the automatic casting production lines which is one of the most advanced technologies used in corner castings in China now available. To ensure the annual production of the corner fittings reaches 300,000 sets, we employed 5 senior technical management personnels with more than 20 years of working experience in the casting industry, 15 engineering and technical personnels, and more than 80 technical operators.
Our company has established a strict ISO 9001 quality management system and obtained the certification of ABS, BV and CCS. We adhere to the 'casting quality, keep improving' quality policy.
